product owner for Muse OS

Muse Group’s Muse OS turns company signals into decisions and actions by interpreting them against written standards and OKRs, presenting results to decision-makers, and using AI agents for repetitive work while people retain judgment and context.

• Own Muse OS as a product, including its roadmap, adoption across teams, and business impact
• Build the AI layer of Muse OS with Data and Tech, delivering signals, anomaly flags, and decision briefs to the right owners
• Define and run daily, weekly, and monthly planning rituals and shared dashboards
• Run annual and quarterly planning, Executive Team sessions, and OKRs tied to measurable business outcomes
• Introduce clear ownership in cross-functional OKRs, with a Business Owner accountable for outcomes and an Execution Lead responsible for delivery
• Manage cross-functional projects that deliver business value, including the operational integration of Hal Leonard across data and metrics, with stakeholder transparency
• Help new leaders adopt Muse rituals, processes, and operating norms with the People team and Executive Team

• 5–8 Years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Product Management, Organizational Development, AI/Transformation, or related fields
• Fluent English
• Experience building AI into how a team or company works, such as agents, automation, or knowledge systems, and demonstrating before-and-after results
• Strong product mindset and proven end-to-end ownership of complex systems or initiatives
• Hands-on experience designing and scaling operational processes and OKR frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and improving execution quality
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level
• High standards for communication, documentation, and systems thinking
• Ability to translate complex concepts, including AI, into clear, actionable insights
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
