Ipotekabank OTP Group is a European international banking group with a presence in 12 countries.

• Own end-to-end delivery of CBS replacement workstreams, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, from initiation through go-live and handover;
• Manage CBS vendors and integrators, including contractual deliverables, acceptance criteria, plan and SLA adherence, and escalations;
• Maintain the integrated programme plan with resource, dependency, and critical-path models as a single source of truth for status;
• Prepare and deliver SteerCo, C-suite, and OTP Group reporting;
• Run the gate/go-no-go process and surface decisions and risks;
• Coordinate migration, UAT, cut-over, and go-live readiness across business, IT, operations, and CBU-facing requirements;
• Ensure bank-side resources and approvals are scheduled and met.

• 5–7 Years of experience in IT project or delivery management in banking or fintech;
• Experience delivering at least one core-banking or large-scale system replacement through go-live;
• Hands-on vendor management and migration/cut-over experience;
• Proven delivery discipline across a predictive approach;
• Experience with vendor and contract management for large system implementations;
• Experience with planning, dependency, and critical-path management;
• Experience coordinating migration and cut-over;
• Confident C-suite and OTP Group-facing communication;
• Understanding of core-banking and accounting/GL processes;
• Understanding of the regulatory CBU reporting context.
