5 to 10 years' experience in project management or similar function within financial services.Strong experience in Transfer Agency and/or technology-led change would be advantageous.Demonstrable experience managing complex projects from initiation through to successful implementation.Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams, functions and locations.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to negotiate, influence and support decision-making at senior and executive level.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring stakeholders with differing priorities and perspectives to an agreed outcome.Proven experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapting effectively.Experience leading programme/project meetings, governance forums and Steering Committees.Experience managing, tracking and reporting project budgets.Strong technology skills, including the effective use of AI tools to support project management.We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
