• Support end-to-end projects and programs, from ideation and data analysis to strategy and solution development;
• Participate in creating and implementing operational plans within agreed timelines;
• Identify relevant stakeholders and build professional working relationships across the organization;
• Communicate project and process changes to stakeholders in a timely manner;
• Document project activities from initiation through implementation and keep documentation updated;
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose lean, technically feasible improvements, including automation and ML solutions where possible;
• Support operating model and cost optimization solutions aligned with business goals and KPIs;
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify divisional objectives, conduct market analysis, and provide insights for strategy formulation;
• Take ownership of strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams;
• Monitor progress, identify obstacles, and propose solutions;
• Participate in designing and delivering cross-functional communications on key business results;
• Develop presentations for different audiences using appropriate tone of voice and storytelling.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as business management or strategic management;
• 3+ Years of working experience in corporate project management;
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills;
• Excellent internal, written, and verbal communication skills;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Resilience to work across multiple projects and balance a workload;
• Enthusiasm for research;
• Nice to have: Previous experience in Big 4 companies or consulting houses, previous experience in the fintech industry.
