• Lead and coach a team of Cyprus-based talent acquisition professionals
• Set priorities and delivery standards, allocating and rebalancing vacancies according to business priorities, capacity, and expertise
• Identify pipeline and workload risks early and take on complex searches
• Run senior, niche, and business-critical searches end to end, from intake to accepted offer
• Headhunt passive talent across markets and build pipelines for future hiring needs
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders through intakes, calibration, and evidence-based recommendations
• Share market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and competitor activity, and challenge requirements when supported by data
• Develop recruitment strategies for launching offices in new markets
• Own team metrics and turn bottlenecks into actions
• Join cross-team process improvement and automation projects, including AI
• Shape the employer brand with the Employer Brand team through content, events, and positioning in key talent markets

• 6+ Years of hands-on talent acquisition experience in an international, fast-paced environment
• Multi-function and multi-market experience
• Experience leading or coaching recruiters while remaining involved in delivery
• A track record of closing senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles
• Ability to analyze recruitment funnels, identify bottlenecks, and resolve them
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and challenge them with evidence
