• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects;
• Own project planning, governance, resource coordination, and delivery execution;
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations;
• Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, SAP consultants, and delivery teams;
• Drive executive-level communication and project reporting;
• Ensure project delivery aligns with SAP best practices and business priorities;
• Support organizational change, user adoption, and successful transition to operations;
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies;
• Deliver projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and business value.

• 4–6 Years of hands-on experience leading SAP implementation, transformation, or rollout projects;
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects;
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen;
• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments;
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or similar project methodologies;
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities;
• Native Polish language skills;
• Professional English proficiency;
• Based in Warsaw;
• Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience.
