Project manager officer in cost control

• Ensure that the project is executed within the planned budget
• Monitor the project's financial performance and progress.
• Identify cost risks and potential deviations.
• Control budgets and costs.
• Prepare the forecast
• Report efficiently using reports
• Communicate with the various stakeholders involved (procurement, site manager, etc.)
• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Business Administration with a specialization in construction, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in cost control on medium-sized construction projects
• You are fluent in English (C1)
• Advanced knowledge of Advanced Excel, SAP, Presto, MS Project
• Analytical skills and financial vision.
• Negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors
• You are a dynamic person who enjoys being in contact with different stakeholders
