• Lead the project team’s activities internally at Envision headquarters to deliver, install, and commission wind turbines on schedule and within budget;
• Manage wind turbine project deliveries and guarantee customer reception and approval;
• Work closely with the overall project leader on all project management topics;
• Deliver communications with the customer when required;
• Monitor supply chain and planning;
• Review and hire site technician team roles;
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on commercial and technical issues;
• Support the project team in covering project issues when needed;
• Assist the project team in managing the customer;
• Take responsibility for the entire project;
• Ensure key project deliverables are monitored for timely submission;
• Follow up on project results and support risk identification and management;
• Provide executive project reporting to Envision Energy management when required;
• Facilitate coordination with internal stakeholders to remove roadblocks beyond the project management team’s capabilities;
• Participate in defining action plans when needed and coordinate the project team;
• Establish or attend project management team meetings covering safety, planning, quality, risk management, forecasting, and action plans;
• Escalate roadblocks and deviations;
• Conduct workshops with the project team as required.

• Qualification in a relevant field;
• At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects;
• Experience in the wind industry is mandatory;
• Knowledge of people and project management methods and techniques, and commercial management;
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and SharePoint;
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Demonstrate the courage to challenge and the continuous pursuit of success and higher standards.
