• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Manage project delivery using established project management standards and methodologies
• Create and maintain project plans, managing scope, risks, timelines, and change requests
• Coordinate internal teams and ensure delivery quality, budget, and deadlines are met
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to customers and senior stakeholders
• Facilitate governance meetings, including Steering Committees
• Support resource planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience managing complex international projects in customer-facing environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Solid technical understanding relevant to digital, travel, or airport-related projects
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required
