• Manage end-to-end telecommunications network projects focused on installing and delivering network access services without customer-premises equipment deployment;
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, suppliers, and customers;
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle;
• Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on project progress, risks, milestones, and delivery timelines;
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables;
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues;
• Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and operational processes;
• Facilitate project meetings, status reports, and stakeholder reviews;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail;
• Operate effectively in high-pressure environments and apply stress management and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Telecommunications sector;
• Experience managing network deployment and connectivity/access projects for enterprise customers;
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese;
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination capabilities;
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and timelines;
• Proficiency in project reporting and progress tracking;
• Nice to have: Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
