• Manage software projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and post-go-live support;
• Define and monitor project roadmaps, releases, and key milestones;
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across business and technical stakeholders;
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery;
• Prepare executive reporting and facilitate steering committee meetings;
• Manage project governance, escalations, change requests, and delivery issues;
• Monitor compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments;
• Coordinate production releases and post-implementation activities;
• Promote Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• At least 8 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex software development projects;
• Proven experience managing complex information systems and digital transformation initiatives;
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or an equivalent project management framework;
• Strong experience managing contracts, suppliers, budgets, and cross-functional teams;
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycles;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills;
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, project governance, and escalations, with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities;
• Fluent Portuguese and good command of English.
