• Apply structured methodology to and lead project and change management activities;
• Own the successful delivery of the end-to-end project lifecycle;
• Lead low- and medium-complexity projects with global impact under supervision, driving them through execution, analysis, recommendation, and implementation;
• Apply change management processes and tools to create strategies supporting adoption of project or initiative changes;
• Engage and influence internal and, when required, external stakeholders;
• Work with business unit partners and corporate support teams to drive enterprise strategy execution and partner on segment or functional strategy projects;
• Contribute to project scoping and planning by documenting project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and main deliverables;
• Track and report progress;
• Create clear planning documents with involved departments;
• Ensure project closing and correct handover to Business as usual.

• Familiarity with project and change management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases;
• Understanding of how people go through the change curve and change process;
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills;
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making under supervision;
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within a team and with wider stakeholders;
• Ability to work effectively with and influence stakeholders up to Senior Manager level;
• Effective communication in one-to-one and small-group settings;
• Strong influencing skills in one-to-one interactions;
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure;
• Organized, with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics;
• Nice to have: experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, knowledge of similar industries and/or business projects, PMP or Agile Project Management or equivalent certification.

• Contractor pay rate: 30-77 EUR/hr.
