Project manager in SAP CPQ

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPQ Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP CPQ implementation, integration, and transformation projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, delivery, stakeholder management, and coordination between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience combined with a good understanding of SAP CPQ functionalities, sales processes, pricing, product configuration, and integration with SAP ERP and CRM systems.

• Lead end-to-end SAP CPQ implementation, rollout, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate SAP CPQ functional consultants, technical teams, solution architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage integration of SAP CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Sales Cloud, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
• Conduct project governance meetings and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP CPQ solution delivery.
• Manage change requests, vendor coordination, and project quality.

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing SAP CPQ implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP CPQ architecture and functionalities.
• Knowledge of product configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, and approval workflows.
• Experience with SAP CPQ integration with SAP ERP / S/4HANA and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
