Azure data engineer

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure Data Engineering and building scalable data pipelines.

• Mandatory minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experienced Azure Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, Python, ADF, ADLS and SQL. Candidate should have experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, Delta Lake/Lakehouse solutions, performance optimization, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps. Strong communication and client-facing skills are required.
• Strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Python
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ETL/ELT pipeline development and orchestration.
• Good knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2), Delta Lake and data lakehouse concepts.
• Strong SQL skills and experience handling large-scale structured/semi-structured data.
• Experience in data transformations, performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of CI/CD and Azure DevOps for deploying data pipelines and Databricks workloads.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work directly with client and onsite/offshore teams.
