• Responsible for the successful international deployment and adoption of Insider One, ensuring alignment between business objectives, local market needs, and IT delivery while maintaining high standards of data governance and compliance.
• Lead the end-to-end rollout of the Insider One Customer Engagement Platform across 20 countries.
• Define and manage the deployment roadmap, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate global, local, and external stakeholders to ensure successful and aligned implementations.
• Manage all project phases, including planning, design, integration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Act as the primary IT point of contact, providing governance, stakeholder management, and escalation handling.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements, including GDPR.
• Drive country readiness assessments and support local teams throughout deployment activities.
• Develop and execute change management, communication, and training plans to maximize user adoption.
• Monitor deployment performance, platform adoption, data quality, and business outcomes.
• Promote standardized processes, best practices, and continuous improvement across all markets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management within digital, data, CRM, or marketing technology environments
• Proven track record of managing large-scale international deployment projects
• Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP), CRM, Marketing Automation, or Customer Engagement ecosystems.
• Experience working in a multi-country and multicultural environment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Project management methodologies
• IT delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, run).

• Work Location: Lyon as location is not mandatory. However, the person needs to be based in Europe and willing to travel 2 times during the first month and thereafter, only when required.
