Your mission will be to connect technology and business, supporting teams in adopting new digital tools and ensuring they deliver real value in their day-to-day work.

• Lead and coordinate initiatives to drive adoption of an internal digital platform in the Product area.
• Support business teams in using new tools, facilitating their integration into daily processes.
• Organize training sessions and create practical materials to improve the user experience.
• Identify needs, analyze incidents and coordinate solutions with technical teams.
• Act as a link between technology and business, communicating new features and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather user feedback and propose improvements that have a real impact on processes.

• Experience in project management, implementation of digital tools, product management or business support.
• Knowledge of processes in the Product area: design, purchasing, procurement or planning.
• Good communication skills, empathy and ability to work with different teams.
• Autonomy, initiative and ability to find practical solutions.
• Interest in technology, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
