• Manage large-scale projects from initiation through closeout, meeting scope, budget, and schedule milestones;
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans before risks escalate;
• Align diverse cross-border teams and drive clear communication and cross-functional ownership;
• Enforce GxP standards, clinical compliance, and safety and quality protocols across all delivery phases;
• Establish structured project frameworks and optimize processes to improve team efficiency.

• 10+ Years of project management experience;
• Experience delivering complex projects in multinational corporate environments;
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, GxP standards, and validated environments;
• Practical experience in quality assurance and quality control operations;
• Familiarity with clinical project environments and workflows;
• Working knowledge of or prior implementation/system support experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS);
• Nice to have: PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

• Contract engagement;
• Fully remote from Europe;
• 6-Month freelance contract with multi-year scope;
