• Manage and develop the group-wide IT and digital portfolio;
• Support medium- and long-term portfolio and investment planning to implement strategic digitalization goals;
• Analyze, prioritize, and align initiatives based on business value, budget, risks, and dependencies;
• Ensure transparent portfolio controlling, including budget planning, forecasting, and management reporting;
• Identify and manage dependencies and interactions between programs, projects, and strategic initiatives;
• Collaborate closely with Group IT, Local IT, and business stakeholders to ensure an aligned and integrated portfolio;
• Provide the IT perspective in portfolio decisions and support the assessment of technological opportunities and risks;
• Create well-founded decision-making materials for management and promote transparent prioritization and resource decisions.

• Completed master's degree in IT, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, IT Strategy, PMO, or a comparable role;
• Experience prioritizing IT and digitalization initiatives and managing investment budgets;
• Strong understanding of modern IT landscapes, platforms, applications, and digital technologies;
• Ability to connect technical matters with economic and strategic requirements;
• Strong analytical skills and confident handling of budget, forecast, and portfolio metrics;
• Convincing stakeholder management across different management levels;
• Very good English skills (at least C1);
• Good German skills (at least B2).
