• Manage IT projects from conception to delivery within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Collaborate with developers, designers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams;
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and status reports;
• Identify and mitigate project risks;
• Resolve project issues effectively;
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and resolve issues;
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 1 To 2 years of proven experience in IT project management;
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities;
• Nice to have: PMP certification or equivalent.
