задачи
- Lead the end-to-end management of a project, with support from a senior Project Leader.
- Coordinate the day-to-day project with functional and technical teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor planning, tasks, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
- Identify risks, blockers and deviations, proposing mitigation actions.
- Prepare progress reports, track commitments and communicate project status.
- Keep progress, ETC and expectations under control.
- Ensure proper coordination between the client, the internal team and other stakeholders.
- Escalate decisions or critical situations to the senior Project Leader when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with project deadlines, scope, quality and objectives.
- Contribute to improving the project's operational and methodological management.
требования
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance.
- Autonomy in project management.
