• Lead the delivery of a customer documentation project

• Strong experience as a Project Manager within enterprise-wide transformation programmes in an Insurance or Financial services organisation
• Experience delivering customer documentation, communications, or operational change projects
• Proven experience leading projects from initiation through implementation
• Experience managing plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and reporting
• Ability to coordinate delivery across business and technology teams
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple value streams, delivery teams, and workstreams
• Ability to manage programme-level dependencies and maintain alignment with wider objectives
• Track record of delivering projects to agreed timelines and outcomes
• Будет плюсом: ability to travel to Brighton or Manchester offices, experience across customer documentation lifecycles including quote, renewal, and other customer touchpoints, immediate availability
