Project manager in IAM

We are currently looking for a candidate for our client for the position of Senior Project Manager (M/F). You will join an international program in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management, aimed at developing and implementing modern authentication and access management solutions. We are looking for someone to lead initiatives related to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and the transformation of access processes in a large global organization.

• Managing the project scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Coordinating collaboration between business, IT, and security teams
• Leading initiatives related to the implementation and adoption of MFA solutions
• Organizing workshops, status meetings, and decision-making forums
• Monitoring implementation progress, dependencies, and key project metrics
• Coordinating tests, pilots, UAT, and production deployments
• Preparing reports for management and key stakeholders
• Managing risks, security exceptions, and remediation plans
• Supporting change management and business readiness activities
• Ensuring that activities comply with security and IAM requirements and organizational regulations

• You have several years of experience managing projects in IAM, Cybersecurity, or Access Management
• You have participated in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations or authentication process transformation projects
• You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Hello for Business, and Conditional Access
• You collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders and security teams
• You can manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• You have experience managing projects delivered in an international environment
• You understand Identity & Access Management topics such as RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Identity Governance
• You are comfortable in an environment that requires effective communication, decision-making, and coordination of multiple teams at the same time
• You communicate in English at a level that enables you to lead meetings and collaborate with international stakeholders

• Compensation: from 1,000 to 1,200 PLN net + VAT per day on a B2B contract, depending on experience and competencies.
