Business analyst in life science

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Business Analyst for our client from the Life Science industry.

• Collaborating with global stakeholders to understand business needs, align expectations, and ensure effective communication.
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Creating detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in Jira, managing backlog refinement, and supporting Product Owners during PI Planning.
• Translating business requirements into process models and system flows using BPMN and UML.
• Designing wireframes and functional mockups using tools such as Figma, Miro, or Lucidchart.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, defining use cases, and testing and optimizing AI-generated responses through prompt engineering.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution demos, and user adoption activities.

• Have 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong track record of independently leading end-to-end BA activities.
• Excel at gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and actionable solutions.
• Have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban), backlog refinement, and PI Planning.
• Are confident using Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq.
• Have practical knowledge of BPMN and UML for process modeling and system documentation.
• Are skilled at stakeholder management, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with international teams.
• Can navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and propose effective business and technical solutions.
• Have experience supporting UAT, change management, and project documentation.
• Are interested in AI innovation, including prompt engineering and AI use case development

• Salary: from 800 to 1 050 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.
