• Lead complex, cross-functional HR programs and initiatives from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, quality expectations, and intended business outcomes;
• Drive stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making by synthesizing inputs, framing risks and trade-offs, and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams;
• Lead the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent initiatives and portfolios, establishing governance, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring disciplined execution and reporting;
• Develop executive communications, including status updates, risk summaries, recommendations, and decision frameworks that translate complex information into actionable insights;
• Identify opportunities to standardize and scale processes and improve project management methodologies, tools, technologies, and governance practices across HR;
• Serve as a trusted advisor and program leader, bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline to complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility initiatives;
• Lead complex, strategic, and enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives;
• Translate broad objectives into integrated plans, governance, and actionable outcomes;
• Drive alignment, decision-making, and execution across cross-functional teams;
• Establish structure, governance, and scalable ways of working for complex HR initiatives.

• 5–8 Years of progressive experience leading complex programs and projects, preferably within Human Resources, People Operations, or other corporate functions;
• Experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and senior leaders;
• Experience working with Work Councils;
• Exceptional project and program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills;
• Ability to influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions in complex and ambiguous environments;
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities;
• Nice to have: PMP certification, broad understanding of HR functions and operating models, experience in Employee Relations/Workforce Transitions or HRIS/Workday-enabled processes, experience with project and portfolio management tools including Smartsheet.
