Fiserv’s CashFlow Central platform supports digital payments and banking operations, including treasury management, ACH processing, wire transfers, RTP, digital banking integration, and financial institution migrations.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for CashFlow Central initiatives;
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules;
• Track project progress and ensure commitments are delivered on time and within scope;
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities;
• Provide executive-level project status reporting and dashboards;
• Coordinate releases across Product, Development, QA, Operations, and Infrastructure teams;
• Facilitate Go/No-Go reviews, deployment planning, production readiness assessments, and CAB activities;
• Coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams and manage resource allocation;
• Support Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and dependency management;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders;
• Coordinate migration activities, client onboarding efforts, and production support events;
• Maintain RAID logs, release calendars, project documentation, and governance artifacts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of Project Management experience with a hands-on coding/development background;
• Experience delivering enterprise software, digital banking, or payment solutions;
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• Experience with release management and change management processes;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills;
• Nice to have: PMP, Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Administrator Associate, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
