• Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and completion;
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Marketing, Compliance, Payments, CRM, and Operations;
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones;
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, implementing mitigation plans where necessary;
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards;
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and drive accountability across stakeholders;
• Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution;
• Provide regular status reports and executive-level updates to senior management;
• Ensure project documentation is maintained, organized, and audit-ready;
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar role;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar;
• Nice to have: Experience within Financial Services, Fintech, Forex, or Payments industries.
