Project manager in financial markets

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management in Global Markets, Capital Markets or Investment Banking contexts;
• Solid knowledge of the Front Office, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance and IT areas;
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple business and support areas;
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders or teams with conflicting priorities;
• Strong experience in governance, planning, risk, dependency and stakeholder management;
• Ability to challenge business and technology specialists, identify improvement opportunities and drive strategic change;
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and ability to quickly understand new business, regulatory or technology topics;
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences, from operational teams to Executive Committees;
• Resilience, pragmatism and a strong results orientation;
• Fluent English (mandatory).

• €1,400 to €2,000 (base salary) + Meal Allowance + Flex Benefits + Benefits in force.
