Project manager in ERP implementations

• Independently manage a complex project with multiple workstreams in terms of scope, schedule, quality, and budget
• Create and continuously maintain a reliable project plan, including milestones, dependencies, and forecasts
• Coordinate project resources and delivery activities within multidisciplinary teams
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and actions
• Ensure the appropriate and timely escalation of critical project topics
• Manage the budget, forecasting, and project-related reporting
• Prepare and coordinate change requests in terms of scope, costs, and schedule
• Ensure compliance with the agreed governance and stage-gate processes
• Communicate and report professionally to senior stakeholders
• Act as the central project contact for the customer within the agreed project scope

• Several years of experience managing large and complex implementation projects
• Demonstrable experience with multidisciplinary teams and multiple parallel workstreams
• Experience in the ERP/business applications environment, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365; comparable experience with SAP or Oracle is also relevant
• Very good knowledge of established project methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall
• Experience with project governance as well as risk, budget, and change management
• Very good commercial understanding and experience with different commercial project models, for example Time & Materials and Fixed Price
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders and customers
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Berlin approximately three days per week as part of the project
