Project manager in enterprise IT

We need experienced Program Manager (PM as a Service) to lead end-to-end program delivery. You will drive TSA mandatory legacy system replacement, consolidate disjointed tools (ORCA configurator, PROS/DGA pricing tools, etc.), align with GRS global commercial processes, and mitigate integration uncertainties from upcoming S/4HANA and Salesforce deployments, ensuring stable, on-time, on-budget delivery with zero business disruption

• Own full delivery of assigned sub-projects, including detailed project scheduling, task decomposition, team coordination, and phase milestone delivery.
• Manage sub-project RAID logs, track daily risks, issues and dependencies, and escalate cross-workstream blockages to the Program Manager timely.
• Drive sub-project system configuration, testing, data migration and phased go-live, ensuring zero local business operation disruption.
• Coordinate with business users, IT developers, integration teams and global process teams to align sub-deliverables with overall program standards.
• Execute user training, UAT coordination and post-launch support for responsible functional modules.
• Prepare regular sub-project progress reports, track sub-budget consumption and resource utilization.
• Follow overall program exit strategy to complete sub-level legacy system retirement and capability migration.

• 5+ years project management experience in enterprise IT projects, system implementation or legacy migration; consulting/PMaaS experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in CPQ, order management, pricing tool or commercial system implementation projects.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM system integration (S/4HANA, Salesforce) and order-to-cash business processes.
• PMP certification required.
