• Own a subset of project tasks as delegated by the Project Lead to support cross-functional project delivery;
• Create, track, and update project plans;
• Compile project reports and status updates;
• Coordinate and lead internal and external project team meetings when needed;
• Support day-to-day project financial management, including financial analyses, updates, and follow-up with functional leads;
• Own vendor management activities;
• Consolidate information from internal project functions to coordinate project deliverables;
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional information gathering for the project Risk Register from initiation to closure;
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and project-specific requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification;
• 5+ Years of relevant experience;
• Previous experience working on Non-Interventional studies;
• Excellent technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity;
• Strong attention to detail and process-focused approach;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Proactive and results-oriented approach with attentiveness to stakeholder needs;
• Basic therapeutic area knowledge;
• Good understanding of project management principles covering time, quality, and cost;
• Basic financial understanding and awareness;
• Good coordination, organizational, time management, and planning skills for managing multiple projects and changing priorities.

• Office-based work in Serbia;
• Standard Monday–Friday schedule;
• Occasional drives to site locations;
• Occasional domestic and international travel.
