• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring clarity of objectives and delivering results
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success
• Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and issues
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary
• Ensure proper project documentation and handover to operational teams if applicable

• Proven experience of Project Management for large-scale projects and programmes
• Proven track record of managing projects replacing business applications, internally for organisations, where continuity of service is critical
• Ability to analyze complex project data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse project team towards achieving common goals.
• Comfortable with change and capable of adapting to new project demands and environments
• Understanding of the PMO team and use of PPM tools
• Knowledge and understanding of PRINCE2
• Communications and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Будет плюсом: End to end software development lifecycle experience with at least 1 project involving the rollout or significant enhancement / migration of a business application; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred; Experience in Implementation of any PPM tool
