• Conduct the analytical and planning phase of the project;
• Prepare recommendations on the delivery model for the remediation program;
• Develop the implementation plan and oversee its execution;
• Coordinate the implementation of business, operational, and system changes;
• Manage multiple workstreams across business, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and legal areas;
• Identify the organizational impact of regulations and prepare implementation plans;
• Coordinate changes in IT systems and operational processes;
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and schedules;
• Report project status to management;
• Oversee the delivery of commitments and deadlines resulting from regulatory decisions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in banking or other regulated institutions;
• Experience in regulatory, remediation, or transformation projects;
• Experience in compliance, risk, complaints, payments, or consumer protection;
• Experience conducting process analyses and assessing the organizational impact of regulations;
• Experience developing implementation plans and delivering organizational changes;
• Experience managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously;
• Ability to coordinate changes in IT systems and operational processes;
• Experience managing dependencies and project risks and reporting to management;
• Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent methodologies.
