The COO Governance department is an IT project management team focused mainly on strategic bank projects and programs, including large-scale implementations, transformations, and organization-wide initiatives. The team also supports methodology and tool selection, restructures initiatives requiring change, and regularly provides training and knowledge sharing.

• Lead large projects with a predominantly technological component overseen by board members and managing directors;
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to implement solutions across various areas;
• Manage cooperation with external partners during project delivery;
• Run the project office, including selecting and maintaining supporting tools, monitoring and reporting, and coordinating project work.

• At least 5 years of experience independently managing IT projects or programs and complex organization-wide initiatives;
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Ability to efficiently process information, prepare analyses, and create materials presenting conclusions and recommendations;
• Practical knowledge of Confluence and Jira;
• Fluent English;
• Ease in establishing relationships, interpersonal skills, and openness.

• Hybrid work in Warsaw at ul. Prosta 18, with 1 day in the office and 4 days working from home;
