• Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs across strategic priorities, business needs, dependencies, resources and timelines;
• Coordinate Technical, Commercial and Operational teams around shared plans and strategic outcomes;
• Establish and evolve governance, documentation and delivery frameworks;
• Build partnerships with senior leaders, provide trusted advice and evidence-based recommendations;
• Anticipate and manage risks through pragmatic mitigation strategies;
• Present updates, proposals, analysis and recommendations to senior management;
• Identify project-change impacts, build understanding, drive adoption and maintain delivery outcomes;
• Monitor performance through executive reporting and KPIs, translating complex information into clear insights and visual narratives;
• Own professional development by identifying skill gaps and pursuing growth opportunities;
• Contribute to PMO maturity through the development of standards, tools and ways of working.

• 6+ Years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs in fast-paced, international environments;
• Experience managing concurrent projects and contributing to portfolio planning, prioritisation, governance and strategic alignment;
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2, or a relevant degree with applied knowledge of advanced methodologies, tools and best practices;
• Knowledge of portfolio management principles;
• Ability to create order from complexity through disciplined PMO practices and information flows;
• Situational adaptability, sound judgment and flexibility in applying project management approaches;
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience managing distributed project teams and leading in matrix environments;
• Analytical and strategic thinking with an outcome-first mindset;
• Ability to solve complex and ambiguous challenges and propose pragmatic solutions;
• Strong change management and influencing skills;
• Ability to influence upwards and across the organisation and maintain stakeholder engagement;
• Confident presentation skills and ability to secure alignment up to Board level;
• Self-driven, accountable and resilient under pressure;
• Feedback-driven approach and willingness to seek input for improvement;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: Consultancy experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, portfolio management qualification, hands-on AI proficiency, experience with Asana.
