project manager in A/B testing

Spiralyze provides marketing services focused on high-impact A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

• Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people and coordinate tests from idea through build, launch, and analysis;
• Identify risks early, unblock teams, and ensure tasks are completed;
• Help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments;
• Explain the rationale behind the roadmap and set expectations;
• Guide clients through progress and results in weekly meetings;
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams;
• Keep people focused and motivated during busy or complicated periods.

• Strong organization and diligence;
• Ability to plan ahead, use systems, checklists, and timelines, and complete work properly;
• Proactive communication with clients and teammates;
• Ability to flag risks early and ask for help when needed;
• Quick learning ability and interest in technology and design;
• Ability to understand why things work or do not work, notice patterns, and ask thoughtful questions;
• Nice to have: prior A/B testing experience, formal project management experience.
