Firebird is an international online travel company with a dedicated software development department working on commercial projects in production, including rail ticket booking services, online trip builders, mobile apps for partners, and hotel booking services.

• Prioritise tasks based on business needs and project goals;
• Ensure tasks and projects are completed on time;
• Plan and coordinate the team’s workload and resource allocation;
• Assign clear owners, deadlines, and priorities; monitor execution and follow up;
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks early and coordinate their resolution;
• Run regular project meetings and maintain clear communication;
• Maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and dashboards;
• Coordinate incident resolution when required and ensure internal processes are followed.

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management;
• Proven experience coordinating real projects and delivering measurable results;
• Strong prioritisation, planning, and execution-control skills;
• Experience managing team workload and resource allocation;
• Good understanding of Agile software development;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools;
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills; strong written English;
• Experience working with web development and product teams;
• Nice to have: Experience coordinating mobile application development projects, Experience working with AI or in an AI-first company.
