• Lead the Hot Cell team and distribute tasks clearly and efficiently;
• Ensure effective team collaboration and achievement of project objectives;
• Track project progress and planning with internal and external parties, taking action to maintain progress;
• Monitor project quality, including change requests and non-conformities, with the quality engineer;
• Track project costs with the project controller and monitor the approved budget;
• Oversee design, workshop construction, and on-site installation according to contractual terms and the Project Management & Quality Plan (PMQP);
• Prepare and/or review technical specifications and follow the tendering procedure;
• Identify and resolve technical issues;
• Report project progress monthly to the project manager.

• Master’s degree in electromechanics or an equivalent technical education;
• At least 10 years of demonstrable experience leading technical projects;
• Ability to work independently and manage the full scope of responsibilities autonomously;
• Strict adherence to contracts, specifications, and the Project Management & Quality Plan (PMQP), with particular attention to quality control, change management, non-conformities, and administrative follow-up;
• Willingness to conduct regular one- to two-day inspections domestically and abroad, on average once every two months;
• Excellent Dutch communication skills at C1/C2 level;
• English communication skills at B1/B2 level;
• Nice to have: Experience in nuclear projects.
