• Lead the Data for Risk delivery agenda;
• Own the full delivery lifecycle across integration, ingestion, quality, transformation, and reporting;
• Ensure data is trusted, usable, and delivering business value;
• Drive progress across concurrent data initiatives and platforms;
• Drive execution across organisational boundaries;
• Align Risk Technology, Data teams, and business stakeholders around priorities and milestones;
• Hold teams accountable for delivery outside the direct reporting line;
• Remove friction where ownership is split or unclear;
• Translate the fragmented data landscape into a phased delivery plan;
• Define standards for data quality, lineage, controls, and reporting outputs;
• Maintain a consistent view of scope, status, and dependencies;
• Ensure pipelines are productionised, data is reconciled, and reporting is actionable;
• Push delivery beyond PoCs and partial implementation toward completion and adoption;
• Identify opportunities to accelerate value through interim datasets and simplified reporting layers;
• Run focused working sessions that produce decisions, ownership, and timelines;
• Challenge ambiguity, surface risks early, and drive resolution;
• Translate technical data topics into business impact and risk language;
• Provide structured, outcome-driven updates to senior stakeholders;
• Highlight progress, risks, and required decisions.

• Led complex, cross-functional programmes where data was central to success;
