• Manage and own end-to-end multi-solution project delivery;
• Remove blockers that may prevent delivery according to customer agreements;
• Manage multiple projects and upsells from deal confirmation to transaction processing;
• Define integration scope based on client requirements and business models;
• Form project teams for client onboarding and coordinate team deliveries;
• Initiate and lead progress reporting sessions with clients, sales, and internal stakeholders;
• Support clients in compiling required KYC documentation;
• Manage client expectations throughout the onboarding process;
• Manage end-to-end supplier boarding for merchants;
• Communicate and report project status to clients and other stakeholders;
• Define and safeguard integration timelines for each client;
• Build and manage strong internal and external relationships;
• Challenge the status quo and drive improvements in client onboarding;
• Keep up with evolving payment products, compliance requirements, technology, and industry trends.
