project manager for playground installation

The company sells playground equipment and offers installation services for customers who need them. It is a small business that continuously evolves and improves its processes.

• Manage 50–100 open installation jobs;
• Educate customers about the installation process;
• Coordinate with installers to ensure they are organized and have everything they need;
• Schedule installations and manage job timelines;
• Act as the intermediary between customers and installers;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations.

• Relevant experience in construction or working with contractors is highly desirable;
• Experience in problem-solving and customer service;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English;
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and general computer software;
• Proactive and confident in taking initiative;
• Detail-oriented;
• Inquisitive and willing to ask questions;
• Enjoys improving processes and solving problems;
• Works well with others and enjoys collaboration;
• Engaged and willing to be involved in the company;
• Adaptable and comfortable with change;
• Nice to have: experience in construction project management, experience with Airtable and Shopify.

• Payment in USD or local currency according to the candidate's preference;
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, with flexibility for lunch and appointments;
• No weekends, except for occasional urgent issue resolution.
