• Manage multiple packaging and artwork projects across the assigned region;
• Receive and coordinate requests from marketing teams;
• Gather project information, SKU data, product matrices, and technical requirements;
• Ensure briefs are complete, accurate, and ready for production teams;
• Track projects through the approval and delivery process;
• Monitor timelines, priorities, and key milestones;
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate where appropriate;
• Act as the day-to-day contact for marketing teams;
• Build relationships with marketing managers and other stakeholders;
• Liaise with bottlers, suppliers, printers, and agency partners;
• Coordinate communication between multiple teams to ensure projects progress smoothly;
• Support discussions relating to packaging changes, product launches, and artwork updates;
• Collect and validate packaging information before briefing design and production teams;
• Coordinate translations and language requirements across multiple markets;
• Manage legal, regulatory, barcode, and technical information required for packaging artwork;
• Support approval processes and ensure all required information is captured and documented;
• Help maintain accurate project records and asset databases;
• Maintain project trackers and reporting documents;
• Ensure project information is consistently managed and up to date;
• Support forecasting and planning activities with marketing stakeholders;
• Help improve ways of working and identify process efficiencies.

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Account Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Traffic Manager, or similar role;
• Strong organisational and administration skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Confidence working with different stakeholders and personalities;
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel;
• Nice to have: experience within packaging, artwork, print, FMCG, marketing, branding, or creative environments; exposure to supply chain, production, or product launch processes; knowledge of packaging development or artwork workflows; experience working with international markets and multiple languages.
