Project manager for loyalty platforms

In this role, you will use your knowledge of IT project management to guide our German-speaking partners smoothly through the implementation of electronic document exchange systems.

• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with the client and developing a deeper understanding of their business needs
• Managing IT system implementation projects, with a particular focus on dedicated loyalty platforms for German-speaking clients
• Translating business requirements into specific tasks for project teams
• Managing key project parameters such as scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Ensuring the quality of collaboration within the team and leading regular project meetings
• Actively supporting the team in resolving current technical and organizational problems

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and supporting tools, e.g. Agile (Scrum)
• Initial experience in people management or strong leadership potential
• German language skills that enable fluent spoken and written communication (C1 level)
• English language skills that enable spoken and written communication (B2 level)
• Ability to work in a team and build and maintain good relationships with all project stakeholders
• Ability to make decisions efficiently, resolve project difficulties, and focus on finding new solutions
• Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
• Independence, communication skills, initiative, and a focus on achieving goals
