• Formulate overall plans for new product kick-off, design, R&D stage review, trial production, production and launch, and take responsibility for project progress and overall quality;
• Manage project progress, risk control, resource scheduling, early warning and backup emergency plans throughout the product development cycle;
• Monitor plan implementation, modify project plans as needed, and identify and determine causes of issues that could prevent on-time completion;
• Supervise cross-departmental branch plan implementation and arrange departmental collaboration and communication;
• Provide regular and timely reports on project status, phased results and key milestone completion;
• Communicate issues that have arisen or could arise, gather resources to resolve them, propose alternative plans and monitor implementation;
• Standardize project management and collaborate with quality management divisions to manage product quality;
• Coordinate and lead project wrap-up, including project overview, summary of achieved goals, review and analysis of implementation, and lessons learned;
• Assist the product manager with customer requests and coordinate customer service and support after the project moves to mass production.
