project manager for HR Technology

Sonova is one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland.

• Own the HR Technology demand management process from intake to delivery
• Lead complex, international IT projects from planning through successful delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks
• Translate the HR Technology roadmap into clear and achievable delivery plans
• Coordinate release and change governance with Module Owners
• Manage capacity across internal teams and external partners
• Lead strategic initiatives, including the Eiger G3 and Global Merit programme
• Manage strategic IT suppliers, including contracts, budgets, performance, and delivery quality
• Provide clear communication and progress updates to senior stakeholders

• Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Business Management, or a related field
• Around 7 years of project management experience, ideally in an international environment
• Strong experience managing complex IT projects and stakeholders
• Experience with demand, release, or change governance
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or MS Project
• Experience with HR Technology/HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience managing IT suppliers and project budgets
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
