• Manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation to delivery;
• Apply a proven project methodology when collaborating with clients, third parties, and SD Worx;
• Monitor and report on project scope, budget, and timelines;
• Coordinate and support multidisciplinary project teams;
• Facilitate recurring meetings and adapt to dynamic, non-standardized processes;
• Ensure knowledge is shared across the team;
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, solving problems and adapting to changing needs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Solid project management experience, ideally in international environments;
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors;
• Familiarity with dynamic, non-standardized project environments;
• Fluent Spanish and English;
• Confident leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills;
• Flexibility and resilience when facing unexpected challenges;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and willing to learn new ones;
• Able to work across cultures and borders, with an international mindset and willingness to travel;
