• Lead and drive end-to-end project delivery within the Global Change Portfolio;
• Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts at all levels;
• Define project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes;
• Maintain project and programme plans, tracking tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones;
• Evaluate and allocate project resources;
• Manage business change project budgets with the Programme Director;
• Conduct change impact analysis and change readiness assessments;
• Coordinate internal and external parties, including TPAs, fronting companies, and Munich Re Group entities;
• Develop, deliver, and manage project communications;
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies;
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and project communication;
• Prepare and manage workshops and project-related meetings;
• Monitor, control, and report project progress;
• Take proactive corrective actions to keep projects on track;
• Ensure project documentation and outputs meet quality standards and portfolio governance requirements;
• Resolve project team and stakeholder conflicts and escalate risks and issues;
• Support the wider Project Delivery team through mentoring, peer reviews, lunch and learns, and knowledge sharing;
• Perform other Project Delivery activities agreed with the Business Change leadership team.

• Proven experience managing the setup and launch of new insurance businesses in European countries;
• Experience delivering operating model design, legal entity setup, regulatory approvals, office setup, and recruitment or onboarding of key roles;
• Experience developing and launching specialty insurance products or lines of business in new markets or territories;
• Experience managing M&A insurance business projects, including post-acquisition integration;
• Experience managing projects with budgets of £5 - £20m and timelines of 12 - 36+ months;
• Experience leading and shaping multifunctional workstreams and matrix-managing teams of 15 – 50+ FTE;
• Experience delivering workstreams covering people, processes, data, and technology within a Target Operating Model strategy;
• Ability to manage complex requirements, tight deadlines, project details, and the wider project view;
• Experience delivering complex transformational change programmes or projects across multiple regions, markets, or product lines;
• Deep insurance industry knowledge and understanding of the London insurance market, particularly specialty insurance;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive executive-level decision-making;
• Ability to adapt communication methods for stakeholders and SMEs at different levels;
• Ability to manage ambiguity, changing project scope and timelines, and competing priorities;
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies;
• Excellent organisational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and written and verbal communication skills;
• University Degree, relevant professional qualification, or demonstrable industry experience;
• Nice to have: Experience in insurance markets outside the UK, experience with European insurance regulators, conversational Spanish, Italian, and/or German, previous Change function experience such as Business Analyst, M&A integrations, CII Certification, PRINCE 2 or equivalent, Change Management certification, Agile and/or SCRUM certifications.
