• Provide technical support for backend software projects within the “Digital Credentials” platform
• Support the planning and coordination of backend software projects according to time, resource, and quality requirements
• Identify and track technical project risks
• Manage requirements
• Develop high-availability concepts
• Prepare and manage acceptance procedures and change requests
• Align and coordinate with internal and external technical project partners
• Collaborate with SREs, solution architects, developers, and the customer support organization
• Document and report project progress and challenges

• Completed a technical degree, such as Applied Computer Science or Business Informatics, or have comparable relevant professional experience
• Have several years of experience operating large online platforms or working on related projects
• Have experience collaborating with SRE teams
• Have interdisciplinary knowledge, preferably in IT operations for high-availability applications
• Demonstrate a strong solution-oriented approach, communication skills, and teamwork
• Have a confident, professional manner and moderation skills
• Have fluent German and English at a minimum C2 level
