Orook is a project management consultancy operating across Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. The company provides project management during design and construction phases, as well as technical supervision for high-profile residential and mixed-use developments.

• Represent the Consultant towards the Client, Contractors, and other project participants to ensure project delivery within agreed budget, programme, and quality requirements;
• Lead, coordinate, and manage the consultancy team, including progress meetings, reporting, and compliance with Consultant and Client procedures;
• Manage contractual and commercial communication with the Client and Contractors, including claims, variations, and change procedures;
• Lead the review and approval of Contractor submittals, including materials, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, programmes, and payment applications;
• Monitor design quality and propose improvements and Value Engineering solutions;
• Monitor and control the quality of executed works on site, including preparing and issuing NCRs;
• Review Contractor reports and prepare regular Consultant progress and cost reports;
• Organise tenders for specialist subcontractors and perform duties related to FIDIC Engineer.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably on high-end residential, mixed-use, or similar complex building projects;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Serbia;
• Strong experience and knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract;
• Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organisational, leadership, team, and time-management skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera;
• Nice to have: MSc.
