• Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients, bridging business objectives and technology execution
• Define cloud migration strategies and support the technological growth of existing clients
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while generating value through scalable and sustainable solutions
• Lead projects end to end, from discovery and scope definition through final delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical resources, milestones, and dependencies using agile or hybrid approaches
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks
• Manage project financials and ensure efficiency and achievement of financial objectives
• Act as the primary client contact and translate business needs into viable technical solutions
• Facilitate design sessions, workshops, steering committees, and executive reporting
• Develop team talent, including mentoring junior professionals

• 8–10 Or more years of experience in IT environments
• At least 5 years leading complex projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, and/or Scrum certification or strong experience with these methodologies
• Strong negotiation skills
• Risk management skills
• Commercial and business orientation
• Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders
• Proactive and autonomous decision-making
• Professional proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English
• Public cloud platform certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• University degree in STEM disciplines or related fields
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications
