Castor is modernizing clinical research through a modular cloud platform for running clinical trials end-to-end. Its products include Electronic Data Capture, eConsent, eCOA, and Castor Catalyst AI automation.

• Lead complex, multi-component, multi-country clinical studies as a subject matter expert;
• Translate high-level and ambiguous project scopes into robust, operationally sound project plans and deliverables;
• Navigate technical and operational dependencies with minimal oversight;
• Act as a consultant and bridge to customers;
• Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring internal project cohesion;
• Apply risk expertise to articulate challenges and guide external stakeholders toward effective solutions.

• Proven expertise managing highly complex projects within the Software Development Lifecycle for clinical software;
• Strong understanding of EDC/CDMS, eConsent, and eCOA solutions, services, and operational strategies;
• Experience with eCOA services scale licensing, translations, device provisioning, Helpdesk, and data management;
• Strong experience using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project or equivalent tools;
• Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and industry trends;
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical study operations, site workflows, patient centricity, and study-specific operational requirements;
• Direct experience or foundational understanding of Real-World Evidence studies, including data capture and longitudinal tracking needs of late-phase research;
• Self-starter with strong remote collaboration skills;
• Ability to provide and receive direct, data-driven feedback.
